Due to a small proportion of society that are not prepared to take responsibility for their own actions, it has become necessary for business's (and individuals) to issue a disclaimer to avoid being maliciously sued.
For the purposes of this disclaimer and/or conditions of use, the name "Joraen" shall be used throughout and shall also be representative of joraen.com.au, joraen.com, Joraen and John Radford Enterprises (ABN 62 642 913 061). Also for the purposes of this disclaimer and/or conditions of use, the term "consumer" shall be used throughout and shall also be representative of any consumer and/or agent and/or representative, visitor to or person browsing this site and/or any pages contained in this site and/or linked to and/or from this site.
The "General Conditions and Disclaimer" shall apply to all web pages; including products, goods or services contained within those pages and/or contained within this site, other disclaimers for particular products, goods or services are in addition to the "General Conditions and Disclaimer".
General Conditions and Disclaimer - The consumer takes responsibility for the purchase, suitability and use or misuse of any product, goods or service obtained through Joraen. Joraen accepts no responsibility for any injury or damage caused, direct or consequential, either to person or property, by the use or misuse of any product, goods or service available from Joraen. Purchase of any product, goods or service or downloading of any file or information sheet from this site or linked pages, constitutes acceptance of these conditions. Use or mis-use of any information and/or downloaded file obtained from Joraen or any other webpages from this site is entirely the responsibilty of the consumer, absolutely no responsibility will be taken by Joraen for any action or inaction taken by the consumer in the purchase, suitability and use and/or misuse of any and all products, goods or services available from Joraen. Photographs are representative of goods, products an/or services - actual goods, products and/or services may vary from those illustrated and/or shown in photograph.
Candles, Soaps and Chocolates - Joraen shall accept no responsibility for discolouring and/or deformation due to extremes of heat and/or cold during transportation. These products are manufactured from ingredients that are likely to be adversely affected by heat and/or cold. Nor shall Joraen accept responsibility for any damage to these products during transport caused by road vibration such as chaffing, chipping and/or fracturing of goods. Customer shall take this into consideration and shall be deemed to have accepted these conditions when ordering these products.
Window Tint and Tools - Both the toolkits and/or individual tools contain a variety of razor/surgical sharp blades and knives, absolutely no responsibility will be taken by Joraen for any injury or damage caused, direct or consequential, either to person or property, by the use or misuse of any of the blades, knives or other tools. Use of any of the tools available from Joraen constitutes acceptance of these conditions. Neither shall responsibility be taken for the suitability of any window film used, user shall accept all responsibility for the suitability and application of the window film/s. Specifications quoted are correct at time of inclusion and may be changed by manufacturer without notice and are representative only of acheivable results. Photographs are representative of film colours and and are as a guide only to the finished result of installation. Neither shall any warranty or guarantee apply to either the film or installation. Glass that is damaged, cracked or chipped should be replaced prior to installation of film. Applying film to damaged glass may result in further cracking or heat/stress fractures and no liability shall be accepted for damage or injury, either direct or consequential, to any person or property resulting from the installation of window film.
